Customer called for an annual maintenance service to be performed on her Pro-Series 3050 1/2hp sump pump with it’s Ibis Controller.

Southern CT Sump Pump Geeks went out to perform the maintenance! All pumps tested functional. The two 3050’s by the crawlspace had the worst of the mineral buildup. We highly recommend replacing both pumps and battery back up system by the next service appointment due to the age and amount of mineral buildup the system has been exposed to. Battery was dead and customer approved a replacement. The customer is all set until next year!
